Indiana Teachers of Writing

The Indiana Teachers of Writing (ITW) is an organization of teachers working to promote collaborative inquiry into writing instruction in classrooms that nurture writers. ITW is the sponsoring organization for the Hoosier Writing Project. ITW puts on a fall conference as well as smaller, more focused workshops throughout the year.

National Council of Teachers of English

NCTE is the professional organization of educators in English Studies, Literacy, and Language Arts.  Their website contains information on all the interest groups within NCTE, upcoming events, online resources, NCTE journals, and more.
